Brandi passante was a cult celebrity after her appearance on A&E's Reality Show 'StorageWars. Also, it featured Jarrod Schulz, who was Passante's partner for many years, and later husband. In the show, storage lockers that have not received their rent payment over the last 3 months are auctioned off. Brandi and Jarrod of the Now and Then Thrift Store in Orange California were part of this show hoping to get some cheap storage units. They had no idea they would become superstars in real life! The couple was very tactful when it came to their requests during the entire program and soon ended up being one of the biggest stars. It was their triumph on reality TV that helped boost business. Along with operating their shop, they opened a second one. Their participation in the show "Storage Wars" also inspired a spin-off program 'Brandi & Jarrod: Married to the Job' that is exclusively featuring the couple.
